Food Trucks: Coming to a Street Near You!

A vibrant food truck culture is emerging internationally.  It’s Sydney’s turn to play catch up with the booming food truck trade of New York, Los Angeles, Bangkok and London where gourmet food trucks are a much loved feature of street culture.

We aren’t talking about the grimey hot-dog carts of yesteryear, the new generation of food trucks are serving up great quality food street-side. There’s no need to worry, these foodies have been specifically selected out of many applicants and most have an impressive resume to boot!

This über-trendy urban experiment, designed to create a more diverse and dynamic Sydney night-life, will have the trucks moving around during the night, spreading the love and warming stomachs at all hours of the night.
